Individual psychotherapy
A space where you can pause and understand more deeply what you are living through. We work with emotions, relationships and experiences at your pace.
Magda Florescu
I work individually, with couples and with families, supporting people who want to understand more deeply what they are living through and move out of painful patterns.

In training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Support
I often meet people who have learned to be strong for others, while carrying much more alone than is visible. Therapy can become a place to slow down, feel and understand.
Services
Therapeutic work adapts to the person, relationship or family that comes into the room. There is no single fixed way of working.
A space where you can pause and understand more deeply what you are living through. We work with emotions, relationships and experiences at your pace.
A space where the relationship can be understood, not only repaired. We work with the dynamic between you, communication and recurring conflict.
A setting where family relationships can be looked at together with more clarity, responsibility and understanding.
A space where the adolescent can be listened to and understood, without pressure or judgement.
A space where personal work also happens in relationship with others.
Approach
Every person arrives with a different story, so I adapt the work to you, your pace and what you need in that moment.
I work integratively, with attention to what you think and say, as well as what you feel in the body and in your relationships.
Therapy is not only about talking through problems. It is about understanding together what is happening and building, step by step, healthier ways of being and relating.

About
I am a psychotherapist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists and I work individually, with couples, with families and in personal development groups.
I work at the pace of each person or relationship, with respect for the story and resources already present. I believe in a therapeutic space that offers safety, clarity and depth.
My training is integrative, with emphasis on trauma work and emotional regulation. I am in training in Somatic Experiencing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), approaches that support both deep understanding of bodily experience and practical skills for everyday life.
I believe change does not come from pressure or rushing, but from authentic contact with yourself and what you are living through.
